Refunds & Cancellation

New accounts receive a free trial of 3 AI tasks per calendar month. Trial tasks are not monetized, and no refund is owed for unused or expired trial tasks.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. All subscription payments are non-refundable. Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund notwithstanding this policy (for example a statutory cooling-off or consumer-protection right in your jurisdiction), that right is preserved and this policy does not waive it. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges — you will not be billed again after you cancel. Your existing paid access continues through the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription ends and your account returns to the free trial allowance.

The “Manage subscription” button opens the authenticated Stripe customer portal once a paid subscription exists. If you are on the free trial or have no active subscription, there is nothing to cancel — you will not be charged.

Accounts with no active paid subscription are never charged. If your subscription has ended or been canceled, you still have free-trial access of 3 tasks per calendar month, and you can resubscribe from the Pricing page at any time.

We ask that you contact us at pamundson@outlook.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Cancelling your subscription is the fastest way to prevent future charges.
