Privacy Policy

When you create an account we collect your email address. When you submit a task we collect the prompt you provide and the output the agent returns. We also collect basic usage and account metadata needed to operate the platform.

We use your information to run the agents, deliver results to your dashboard, enforce your task allowance, operate billing, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Machine Actors is built on Base44, which hosts and processes app data and routes AI requests to its model providers through the Base44 Core integration. Your task prompts and the agent's reports may be processed under those providers' applicable terms, which may include model-training permissions depending on the Base44 plan. Base44 has stated that, for non-Enterprise workspaces, data may be used to train AI models and that Enterprise workspaces are excluded automatically. Machine Actors does not operate its own model-training program.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; payment instruments are handled by Stripe under its own terms. We store your subscription status, plan, and task allowance.

We keep your account and task history for as long as needed to provide the service. You may request account closure or deletion at any time by contacting support at pamundson@outlook.com, handled manually by Peter Amundson. We retain records necessary for billing, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, and some data may persist according to our providers' backup and retention policies.

We share data only with the processors needed to operate the platform (Base44 and its AI model providers, and Stripe for payments) and as required by law. Your tasks are scoped to your account; other users cannot read them.

You can review your task history and account from your dashboard, and you may sign out or stop using the platform at any time. To request access, correction, account closure, or deletion of your data, contact support at pamundson@outlook.com. Subscription cancellation is separate from data deletion — cancel a paid subscription from your dashboard Billing tab through the Stripe customer portal. Only submit information you are authorized to process. Avoid passwords, full payment-card details, and highly sensitive personal data in task prompts.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including scoping task records to the account that created them. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

The platform is not intended for children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy and will note the revision date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
